TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Panama Women’s Retreat (“Retreat”) operated by Pana Boss Retreat / Pretty Boss TV (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing a retreat package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read carefully before completing your registration.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

• Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Our Privacy Policy
• All retreat policies and guidelines

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your registration.

2. RETREAT DETAILS

DATES: July 13-23, 2026
LOCATION: Panama City, Panama & San Blas Islands (VIP Extension)
CAPACITY: Limited to 50 participants maximum

The Retreat includes programming, accommodations (depending on package), meals, activities, and experiences as described in your selected package.

Specific details are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant changes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

PARTICIPANTS MUST:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a born female (women-only retreat)
• Be in sufficient physical and mental health to participate safely
• Have a valid passport (valid at least 6 months beyond travel dates)
• Comply with all Panama entry requirements
• Agree to all retreat policies and code of conduct

We reserve the right to deny registration to anyone for any reason.

4. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Pay in full at time of registration
• Use Shop Pay Installments (split into 4 payments)
• Custom payment plans (if offered) subject to separate agreement

PAYMENT TERMS:

• All payments must be completed by May 1, 2026
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund
• Prices are in USD
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees charged by your bank

RESERVATION:

Your spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received (or payment plan is established and first payment processed).

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Please refer to our complete Cancellation & Refund Policy.

KEY POINTS:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds for participant cancellations
• Full refund only if we cancel due to low enrollment
• No refunds if retreat is rescheduled due to extraordinary circumstances
• Travel insurance strongly recommended

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY:

You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating your own physical and mental fitness to participate
• Disclosing any health conditions that may affect your participation
• Obtaining necessary medical clearance before travel
• Bringing adequate medication and medical supplies
• Purchasing travel and health insurance

ACTIVITIES:

Retreat activities may include physical movement, breath-work, water activities, boat travel, and outdoor excursions. You participate at your own risk.

If you have concerns about your ability to safely participate, consult your physician before registering.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in medical emergencies, but we are not responsible for:

• Medical expenses
• Evacuation costs
• Quality of local medical care
• Delays in receiving medical attention

7. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Valid passport (valid 6+ months beyond travel dates)
• Visas or entry permits (if required based on citizenship)
• Roundtrip international airfare to/from Panama City (PTY)
• Compliance with all customs and immigration requirements
• COVID-19 or other health requirements (if applicable)
• Travel insurance

We are not responsible for denied entry, travel delays, or issues related to documentation.

8. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR

EXPECTED CONDUCT:

All participants must:

• Treat facilitators, staff, and other participants with respect
• Respect personal boundaries and consent
• Follow all retreat rules and guidelines
• Comply with local laws and customs
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ personal information

PROHIBITED CONDUCT:

• Illegal drug use
• Excessive alcohol consumption that disrupts the experience
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Theft or property damage
• Recording others without consent
• Sharing confidential group discussions outside the retreat

REMOVAL:

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards. No refund will be issued. You will be responsible for all costs associated with early departure.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

RETREAT CONTENT:

All retreat materials, including presentations, handouts, recordings, and digital resources, are proprietary and protected by copyright.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Record sessions without permission
• Reproduce or distribute retreat materials
• Use retreat content for commercial purposes
• Share digital resources with non-participants

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO:

We may photograph or record retreat activities for promotional purposes. 
By attending, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing 
materials unless you opt out in writing.

10. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

YOUR PRIVACY:

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY:

What is shared in group sessions is confidential. Participants agree not 
to disclose:

• Personal stories shared by others
• Identities of other participants
• Private group discussions

Violation of confidentiality may result in removal without refund.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for:

• Injury, illness, or death during the retreat
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Travel delays, cancellations, or interruptions
• Third-party vendor failures or service issues
• Acts of God, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control
• Emotional distress or psychological harm
• Lost wages, business opportunities, or other economic losses

MAXIMUM LIABILITY:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your retreat 
registration.

12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:

• International travel
• Water activities and boat travel
• Physical activities and movement practices
• Weather conditions
• Local health and safety conditions
• Interaction with other participants

You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold us harmless.

13. WAIVER & RELEASE

By registering, you waive and release Pana Boss Retreat, Pretty Boss TV, 
facilitators, staff, contractors, and vendors from any and all claims, 
demands, or causes of action arising from your participation, including 
claims of negligence.

This waiver applies to:

• Personal injury or death
• Property damage or loss
• Emotional distress
• Any other harm or damages

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The retreat involves third-party vendors including:

• Hotels (JW Marriott Panama)
• Transportation providers
• Catamaran charter companies
• Activity operators
• Restaurants and venues

THIRD-PARTY TERMS:

• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for third-party failures or service issues
• We act only as an intermediary in arranging these services
• Direct claims must be made against the third-party provider

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but cannot guarantee 
outcomes.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond 
our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemic or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government restrictions or travel bans
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Vendor failures

In such cases, we may reschedule or cancel the retreat. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

16. CHANGES TO RETREAT

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the retreat schedule or itinerary
• Change venues or locations (maintaining comparable quality)
• Substitute facilitators or activities
• Make operational changes as needed

We will notify participants of significant changes. Minor adjustments 
do not constitute breach of contract or grounds for refund.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

INFORMAL RESOLUTION:

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us to resolve the dispute 
informally.

ARBITRATION:

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the retreat shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to:

• Jury trial
• Class action lawsuits
• Court proceedings (except small claims court)

EXCEPTIONS:

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or confidentiality breaches.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pana Boss Retreat, Pretty Boss TV, and all associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your conduct during the retreat
• Your breach of confidentiality
• Any harm you cause to others

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pana Boss Retreat.

No verbal or written statements outside these documents create additional obligations or modify these Terms.

21. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email.
